The location is not too far from the train. The convenient store like 7/11 is accessible. The staff are accommodating.

The staff cannot understand english language except one.

Only location is very convenience. Cleanliness

Room is very old. Staff at the counter don't have service mind. not value of money. not flexible with the payment.

Great location.

The location was super convenient. The room was clean and had windows. I appreciated being able to control the temperature in our room. The breakfast eating area had a nice outdoor roof space.

The hotel is older and could use an update. Breakfast was not worth the extra money - especially as there are multiple places nearby to get "you tiao" (Taiwanese breakfast).

Property is quite old. Needs some work. Bathtub needs a a shower curtain. Water goes everywhere if having a shower. Price was very high due to New Year period.

Clean comfortable and well located

Great location -handy to Taipei Main Station, maybe a 10-15 minute walk, but even closer to Ximen station. Ximen area has a great range of food and shopping within easy walk of Hotel. Bus stop to get to Juifen is right outside the door. Staff were friendly, with good English. 24 hour reception handy and luggage storage much appreciated. Breakfast was in rooftop annexe-good Asian style. Building looks quite dilapidated from outside and reception area not posh, but the room was larger than I expected (though not huge, it was certainly enough for our family of 4 plus luggage). It was spotless and a brand new bathroom was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and rooms serviced daily. Aircon a bit hard to adjust from really cold but we managed to push random buttons until something happened. Overall a basic but good,safe, clean , well located and comfortable place to crash after a big day sightseeing.

This is my 3rd time stay at this hotel, personally feel disappointed with hotel facility where I feel no hot water to shower when night time , has complaint more than 2 times and yet never improve .

Bed sheets and Comforter have stains that you wonder if it has been washed Food: Add some meat selection for Breakfast

Staying at Ximen Relite Hotel was a blast. It provided much comfort and convenience.

We have considered staying at this hotel because it's affordable. When we got there, the room was very clean plus the bed and pillows were so comfy. The room was big enough and not crowded as well as the bathroom. Since we stayed at 9th floor, the view from our room is nice, seeing the city life. The location is the bomb as it is super close to bus stops, walking distance to train stations and Ximending where there's a lot of restos and shops.

The only thing I didn't like in this hotel was the breakfast as there were just a few choices and almost the same set everyday. But buffet for a breakfast with bread, coffee and juice is already nice.

The room quiet clean. They change a new towel everyday. Receptions staffs very helpful. The hotel is near the Ximending street market and Taipei main station.
